Laredo meets the hill???

The PAX performed 12 of the following exercises then ran twice up and down the hill:
Merkins
Squats
Walking Lunges

Rinse and Repeat until time.

Ephesians 6:16 says “In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil:”
We need to be prepared daily for the attacks of the world and attacks of the evil one. A shield has no value if left in a closet or not ready to be used. Just like Jesus was prepared with scriptures when the devil tempted him, we also need to battle ready with scriptures to deflect Satan’s fiery arrows
