Workout:

We skipped the stretching and went right to running two miles to warm up, then completed the following:

  • 25 pull-ups OYO
  • 10 rounds alternating 20 merkins and 30 squats on cadence

COT:

My thought for today is about the importance of doing hard/uncomfortable things. If we avoid these kinds of challenges and choose the more comfortable/easy rout, there is rarely any growth. With God, we can face any challenge. My prayer is that we may face whatever comes our way with faith and courage. Knowing that we have a Heavenly Father who loves us and is always there for us in times or difficulty.
