MR Exercise was executed by the 7 PAX checking in today; @Radio @Dash @Shugah @Padre @Focker @Garmin and @Churchill(Q). After a warmup and stretch, we did our best to turn the west end zone into muscle beach and executed manual resistance for 3 sets of 8-10;
Tri Ext, OH Press, Tri Dips, Elevated MR Merkins.
Trying to balance it out, we switched to pulling and did;
Curls, Lat Pull-down (a real loser, will be dropped from the rotation) and Seated Rows
Legs to finish; Hamstring Curls and Bear Hug Squat w coupon
“sometimes nothing is a pretty cool hand”. I offered up apologies that I had no real message this morning, nothing impactful or a lightning bolt moment that has hit me recently. Just grateful for the F3 MAC. @Radio commented that the apology is unnecessary. We don’t have to move mountains or be terribly profound in each and every COT. I guess I just chalk it up to being in a good place, being real comfortable with the group. I didn’t really have anything and I didn’t really fret over it either.
