Your Personal Owner’s Manual

While working with the career coach I hired, one topic we discussed was a personal owner’s manual. Do those around you know what it takes to operate/work/win/lose with you? Should they? Are they, or you, unknowingly frustrated/suffering in some way because someone didn’t bother to ‘read the instructions’?

F3 creates a really good space for opening up and sharing of ourselves with one another, which is awesome. Throughout my job search, I shared my personal and professional highs and lows with my wife and kids in more depth than I ever have in the past 13 years. I noticed that we became closer, we were more understanding and supportive of one another, and it made a painful process a lot less shitty.

People aren’t mind readers and can’t help fix what they don’t know is broken. Find out who needs to read yours or a close one’s owner’s manual, and read it asap!
