Workout:

We gave the shoulders a bit of a burn. 10 stations. Reps in increments of 10, increasing each round. Once we made our way around the stations, we bear crawled 20 yards, walked 10 bear crawled 20 before returning the the circle for the next round.

We did a total of 3 rounds, working up to 30-rep sets at each station.

  • Shoulder press (coupon)
  • Upright row (coupon)
  • Lateral raise – left (retaining wall block)
  • Lateral raise – right (retaining wall block)
  • Reverse fly (20lb kettlebells)
  • Front raise – left (paver)
  • Front raise – right (paver)
  • Rotator raise – left (paver)
  • Rotator raise – right (paver)
  • Shrugs – (35lb kettlebells)

 

6MOM:

  • LBCs (x50)
  • Gas Pumps (x50)
  • Side Crunch (x25 per side)
  • Side Reaches w/ 4-Count Pulse (x10 per side)

COT:

Seek out ways to make improvements each day, regardless of how small… own each role presented to you and make the collective better in the process… regardless of whether the particular role for the moment is a highly visible leadership one… or a seemingly menial follower one… or anywhere in between. Own it. Bring more to it. Take pride in the value you’re contributing.
