Warm-up:

parking lot mosey with different steps and cadence.  Followed by Cincinnati takes on old favorites (think spaghetti with chili) tappy taps, arm circles, arm stretches, Willy Mays.

Workout:

1/2 mile Reverse Guardian run : first person drops for burpees and finishes when the end of the line gets to him. Burpees are for winners : sprint to point and winner completes 10 burpees and each successive man does a decreasing amount based on finish.Coupon tabata: various exercises for 1:30 secs with 30 secs:  curls, coupon jumps, presses, Balboas, chest presses, coupon mountain climbers.Burpees are for winners: see aboveRock/Paper/scissors: partners plank while completing best of 5.  Tie = merkin, loss = burpee.  Man who loses best of 5 runs to 50yrd line and does 5 star jumps while winning partner holds squat at goal line.Crawl bears where each man stops and calls out merkins starting at 10 and decreasing by 1 for each successive man.Burpees are for winners:  see above
