Santa’s little helpers

PAX lined up on goal line, bear crawled to the ten, did 3 burpees and 3 merkins. Broad jumped back to the goal line, then ran to the 50 and back. Repeated at 20, 30, and 40 yards.

PAX then did the same in reverse, 40, 30, 20, 10, replacing bear crawls and broad jumps with lunge walks.

PAX paired up (@Focker / @Snugglebug, @Radio / @Wall-E), and took sleds to the scoreboard hill. One partner would sled down the hill, and run his sled back up, while the other partner did Big Boys at the top of the hill. Partners switched at the top, allowing partner 2 to sled/run, while partner 1 did Big Boys. This was timed at 6:00.

We all get caught up in the commercialism of Christmas. Believe me, Santa and gifts are great things, and in many ways the giving makes us better people. That being said, let us not forget the reason for the season. We have a great, loving, and merciful God, who gave his only son for our sins. Let us be mindful of that, and the birth of that son this Christmas Season!

Some are annoying, pick on me, older brothers, while others are nagging, want all my stuff, little brothers, but you are all my brothers, nonetheless.
