Warm-up:

Meet at the 50 for some stretchy yoga stuff and Radio’s reenactment of his WW1 trench-digging skills.

Workout:

Motivator down from 2 (which I forgot how to count)

Motivator down from 5 (which was counted correctly)

As a group, use diff modes of transport to go back and forth between the 25 yard lines and perform 25 reps at each 25yd line, for 20 minutes

Merkins
Air squats
Planks
Imperial Walkers
Etc.

Then, we practiced some hand-to-hand combat with a mixture of wrestling and jiujitsu takedowns and escapes on the soft snow for another 20 minutes. 1. Protect your neck 2. Don’t let someone take the dominant position from your backside (unless that’s your thing)

6MOM:

Go around the circle and each person pick an exercise to do for 25 reps.

COT:

Because of a random new year morning spent coloring with my kids years ago, I’ve drawn and colored an 8.5 x 11 of my mantra for the year for 3 years now.
