Workout:

After light stretching, the PAX jogged a half mile Warmup.

The PAX started at goal line with KB in their right hand. They Ran with it in right hand until they couldn’t hold any longer. Put KB down and ‘sprinted’ to the other goal line then jog back to KB. Pick KB up with left hand – rinse and repeat.

My thought of day is 2 simple words:

BE STILL

Too often I just race through my day and miss all the things around me. Challenge is for all of us to take time this week and just Be Still
