My words today stem from a short conversation I had with @flyguy Thursday after his Q. He said doing something like that takes him out of his comfort zone, which surprised me. But it shows that you do not have to have a massive step outside that zone to see it’s affects. Most of the time small steps out of the zone allow us to grow and see tangible progress. Always a pleasure to lead!
