Warmup and stretching in the end zone was followed by grabbing blocks or bags and playing the dice game. Laddering up from 5-20 reps, down and back up again, PAX did a mix of Mike Tysons, rows, OH press, lunge, air squat, squat jumps, weighted squats. Rounds of exercise were mixed in with either Bear Slides, Bear Crawl, Crawl Bear, Gator Walk, and moseys to the 50 and back.

I appreciate all the outpouring of support for my granddaughter. I know there have been cards sent and @Padre delivered balloons. I hope I don’t miss anyone as I want to thank you personally for your support. I was there when she came home and I know she loved the sign.
With this past week, I witnessed a great example of others before self in the way my wife took care of everything. It was a great example to me and I feel it stood out as I am a part of a group in F3 that talks about things like mindfulness and being in the moment. Had I not had those reminders it would have been easy for this example to get away from me. Appreciate all of you and the occasional COT that speaks to these important parts of life. Because these mornings are so awesome I should try to come to some of them when other guys lead the workouts.
