You’ve heard me talk about practice a lot. Practice by definition is the act of doing something regularly to improve your skill at doing it. We practice to improve our skill at Ultimate why can’t every day be practice for the person you want to be tomorrow. Practice how you engage with people, practice spending time with your family, practice your work skills. What’s nice about practice is it allows for failure. Failing as you know is the sweet spot for growth. So continue to practice and improve for tomorrow.
