Workout:

We started with some arm circles and Michael Phelps and then we completed the following:

3 rounds of:
10 Sampson stretches
10 overhead squats
10 big boys
10 Superman’s
10 merkins
10 pull-ups

Then 12 rounds of:
5 pull-ups
10 merkins
15 squats

We finished with four laps around the track.

COT:

My thought for today is just about being thankful for the time we’ve been blessed with. I know that every moment is a gift from God, and yet I waste so many of them. May we all strive to make the most of the time we’ve been given. Peace!
