Rifle carry coupon to “spokes”(divide up so areas are not too crowded)

Spoke 2 – Gargoyles ( monkey humpers standing on block)
Spoke 3 – Kettle Bell swings
Spoke 4- Block LBC’s
Spoke 5 -Alternating Block merkins

COT:
Taking back my time. I have vowed to myself to push back on work a bit and get back that work/life balance. Been working at Progressive Field going into my 8th season and my days between April- October are going full bore 15-16 hrs a day and sometimes 30-40 days in a row. Reading old backblasts and what Radio mentioned in one of his COT’s got me thinking. His son Trent got his license and now he was independent and driving himself everywhere. Radio began to wonder if he spent enough time with Trent when he had the time to. As you can imagine, being away from family 6 months out of the year takes its toll and left to wonder am I doing a good job as a parent. Am I there for my wife and kids when they really need me?
It’ll be a challenge as I have to step up my leadership at work to train my staff well enough that I can let go and trust they can handle things in my absence. That’s where a lot of ideas come for me, is through this group and our COT’s. Listening to each other, reading recaps can help bring about ideas and ways of leading others in various parts of our lives.
My ask to this group is to continue with inspiring COT’s. We never know when we will hear something that can help make an impact on something we are struggling with or just need guidance to achieve it goals
