COT:
Grateful for this group; great group of guys to have in my life. Motivates me to get up in the morning, helps me to stay away from bad dietary habits, stay focused on fitness goals and staying in shape, and also fellowshipping with like-minded men.
A reminder for us all: Focus on staying the course; focus on what matters and in the right order: faith and worship our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, love your families, love your friends, love your church, love others and serve others. If you put others first, you will end up having more than you can ever want or need.
“Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:”
1 Peter 5:6-8 KJV
Don’t be afraid to fail! We will all fail at times in our lives – at work, at home, with our spouse, with our kids. Use those moments as learning experiences; not life defining moments. Get back up, apologize for wrong-doings, give forgiveness where needed and get back on track!
And, be a leader! Take chances in this life to step out of our comfort zones. Be that person you know you were meant to be. No one else can do that for you!
