Q called on Pax to name a core excercise and lead cadence from 11, did LBC, Scissors, Flutter Kicks, Butterfly Crunches, Big Boys, Pass the Butter, Horshacks, Lateral Dips and maybe more that I’ve forgotten. Most were done in 4 count.

Thought of the day came from a quote heard at church yesterday “There is a big difference between being an Active Christian and a Man of God.”- Ed Lewis.  I see myself too often going through the motions of being a good Christian, but falling far short of being a heart changed Man of God, glorifying God in all my thoughts words and actions. I encourage all of us to look deep into our hearts and ask do we serve our Father with the same pursuit, passion and energy we did as new believers? Do we treat our marriages the same way?  Do we treat our children the same way?  Do we treat our work the same way?  Are we passionate or just going through the motions?
