Workout:

Set up 5 cones 20 yards apart to create a 100 yard distance. At the start line did 5 manmakers, then bear crawled to the 20, did 10 lunges, jogged back to start. Reps stayed the same but distance increased by 20 yards every time. When you finished the whole cycle, repeat it. Goal was to get to the 400 yds (or 440 if you get technical) of bear crawls in preparation for WTM.
