Warm-up:

We did some arousing stretches behind the south goal.  Which begs the question, “What does he mean by the ‘South Goal’?”.

Workout:

PAX lined up at the front line of the 18 yard box (thank you @Squealer)
PAX sprinted until they felt a reduction in power, then dropped for either 7 merkins or 3 burpees, their choice, walked back to the line, rinsed and repeated.
