Coupons for the farmer's table

Each PAX Farmers carried the coupons around the track. Every 100 m increment, we stopped to complete various exercises. Manmakers, thrusters, American swings, Bulgarian squats, merkins, incline merkins, declined merkins, alternating arm merkins. We made a full two loops around… And our forearms were on fire.

hard work is its own reward.Really proud of my kids with their 4-H projects this year at Medina Fair. If you are looking at the 4-H exhibits this year, Oliver and Arwen are in the first Barn nearest the Lafayette entrance. Amelia is in the second barn on the board with nutrition. Oliver completed a really involved science project, with the end result – us launching a 2 liter water powered bottle rocket over 100 ft. Amelia learned about baking and honed her cooking skills. And Arwen is a clover bud so she painted a picture for her show and tell. They were all so proud of their projects. The kids loved seeing their exhibits on display, and being able to take ownership for something they worked hard on is its own reward. Gabriel, my oldest, dropped everything he was doing yesterday to help his aunts move into their new house. Very proud of my kids!
