Ruck It

Seven PAX broke the 4 Mile per hour mark!  @Cadet @Shugah @Picabo @French Lick @Radio @Dash @Squid hit what I thought was a blistering pace, until I looked over and @Shugah looked like he needed an easy chair and a smoking jacket.    And that was AFTER his morning run!  Yikes!  Great time had by all, including Tito on his first ruck.  I also want to thank all of you who offered me a ride home.  Oh, wait, none of you bastidges offered me a ride home.
