Workout:

Thang 1: Power of 6
6 each of Merkins, Mt Climbers, Wide Merks, Plank Jacks, Diamond Merks, commando roll, for 6 rounds.

Thang 2:
6 each of Big Bois, crunchy Frogs, GMT (American Hammer), reverse Crunch, flutters, LBC for 3 rounds

Thang 3:  The 1/2 Game! Aka Burpee Challenge
This was a Side Line to Side line Burpee Ladder. Start at 1, run across, 2, back across, 3…etc. For time 15 minutesish. Full Challenge is 30 minutes.  got up to  15 legs completed.  was on his 15th. Great work!
