Midfield “M” for the ol’ stretch-o-rama.  Very exciting mumble chatter, and a few air biscuits were floated. 

Run a half mile
100 merkins
200 squats
300LBCs
Run a half mile
Repeat until time was up.
Not much fun was had by anyone.

I just finished a Pete Hegseth book, American Crusade.  It contained a very interesting Teddy Roosevelt quote that I thought fit our circumstances today just as well as it fit his America 120 years ago:

In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed or birthplace, or origin.
But this is predicated upon the man’s becoming in fact an American and nothing but an American…
There can be no divided allegiance here.  Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn’t an American at all…
We have room for but on language here, and that is the English language…and we have room for but on soul loyalty, and that is to the American people.
