Warm-up:

Light stretching and exercises chosen by the kids

Workout:

-Short hike up the icy trail to the top of the ledges
-3 games of dodgeball
-A sled race down the hill with winners picking their Dad to pull them to the top

COT:

I dropped the ball and did not do a formal COT/naming. If the FNG and 2.0 come again we will name them the next time around. The workout was followed by refreshments/snacks and a Pokémon trading session. I had a wonderful time and I thank you all for joining us. Thanks @Shugah for joining us solo and acting as the ref for dodgeball we all missed @bubba and hope he can join us next time. I would like to have Dadurday be a monthly thing on the last Saturday of the month. If you have any suggestions to improve of the event I am all ears.
