There were 10 exercises written on pieces of paper. A pax took one and had to do 100 reps. The rest of the pax did as many reps as possible in the time it took for the first pax to finish. Then a run to the other endzone for another pax to draw the next exercise. Rinse and repeat until we completed 1000 reps. 10 runs across the field totaled 1000 yards. Together equalled 2K.
