I have found to be disciplined – i need to plan the night before and it makes it easier to work the plan next day.Plan the work, work the plan.

Incidentally I did not pack my work gym bag last night and this morning i packed in a hurry…I reached the work gym only to find that i have missed few key pieces of clothing needed at the gym lol.
