Burpee broad jumps for approximately 50 metersLunge walks fir approximately 50 metersBear crawl for approximately 75 metersRun the remaining 225 meters to complete one lap Rinse and repeat until we hit time Props to @Finch for getting a full mile in
Ultimate goal is for us to work up to 400 meters of each of these in one session to complete the “Worlds toughest mile”
