Warm-up:

  • Neck Rolls
  • Arm Circles
  • Tappy Taps
  • Flamingo
  • Bear Stretch
  • Pigeon
  • Frog stretch

Workout:

The PAX pair up w/ one coupon per group.  While Pax 1 either runs a lap or does the bleachers (in a rotating fashion) the other rolls the die to determine their workout.  Die 1 = workout; Die 2 = # of reps x 10, i.e. 4 is rolled = 40 reps.  When Pax 1 finishes their lap/stair run, they switch out with Pax 2 and do the exercises and Pax 2 runs a lap/stair run.

Tongue and Groove Big Boys…7vs7 for 5 minutes. Winning team got 89 big boys.
