PAX began in turn 2 of the track. Mosey down the track and began with 7 reps of exercise one. Mosey to turn 3, 7 reps of same exercise. Back to mid field, then returned to turn 2, completing 4 rounds of 7 reps of exercise one. Increased reps by 7 each round of different exercises:
- 7 – Prison Getups (28 reps)
- 14 – SSH’s (56 reps)
- 21 – Merkins (84 reps)
- 28 – LBC’s (112 reps)
- 35 – Mtn. Climbers (140 reps)
- 42 – Air Presses (168 reps)
