- Neck rolls
- Arm circles
- Bear stretch
Workout:
- Partner up and grab a coupon (25 minutes)
- Jog one lap
- Meet on goal line with coupon
- Jog to 10 and do 10 each air squats, merkins and LBC’s then sprint back
- Other guy does 25 curls and then high plank on goal line
- Switch
- Jog to 20 and do 20 of each then sprint back
- Other guy does 25 curls and then high plank on goal line
- Switch
- Jog to 30 and do 30 of each then sprint back
- Other guy does 25 curls and then high plank on goal line
- Switch
- Jog one lap with partner and start over
