Workout:

Started with 1 merkin, 4 presses and made it to 12 merks/48 presses. Then did 15/60 as our finisher. Between rounds we would run 100 yards with the bricks. Also, mixed in some core with big boys, flutter kicks, American Hammers and everyone’s new favorite: 3 legged dog knee to elbow
