Fun with Finch

A warm up occurred and then the Pax had to be properly motivated so we performed the standard motivator. Then, Pax each grabbed a coupon. Started working on Jack Webb’s (1 merkin, 4 presses) and an ab complement (1 big boy, 4 flutter kicks). Started at 1 and then worked our way up to 10 (skipping 9 for time’s sake). Between most sets we ran to the opposite goal line and back.
