Squat with a curl x 15
Squat with a Alpo x 15
LBCs x 25
Deadlifts x 15
Laying pullovers and Bench Press x 15 each
Flutter Kicks x 25
Row R and Row L x10 each arm
LBCs x25
Rinse and repeat, but in opposite order

COT:

Some of us attended a retreat this past weekend. It was great to be there with 125 other men worshiping, learning and talking with other men about the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I am trying to find a way to keep this focus on going and out in front of my mind and heart.
