Kettlebell Workout

Warm-up:
1 lap around field, full body ROM
Workout:
Continue for 10 minutes straight. As many rounds as possible. Focus on 1 side of your body each round.
KB Push Ups
KB Rows
KB Deadlift
KB Clean
KB Racked Squat
KB PressPerform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 second rest one after the other for 2 straight rounds, 1 side of your body each round.
KB Snatch
Kb Goblet Squat and Reverse Lunge
KB Alternating Single Arm Swings
KB Cross Body Clean
KB Swing to SquatLadder Finisher
Perform burpees and swings with 1 KB Swing and 5 Burpees
KB Swings 1-2-3-4-5
Burpees 5-4-3-2-1

Prayers for @JonBoy’s hunting friend Mark and the nerve damage in his foot. @FLO and healing of his daughter’s head injury/concussion from the car accident & for patience during her recovery. I feel like I am missing a specific prayer request from someone else. I also want to pray for all of us and that we will take the time to reflect on all the things we have to be thankful for this Thanksgiving weekend. Pray against comparing ourselves to others which will steal the joy out of our lives. I’d like to pray for humility and for the understanding of sonship and the relationship that God has for us. “We are not on our own to figure out our lives and make things workout. We are all sons of a kind, strong, and engaged Father, a Father wise enough to guide you in the Way, generous enough to provide for your journey, offering to walk with you every step.” ~John Eldredge Amen.
