Message today is from the book I’m reading “Salt, Sugar, Fat”. I strongly recommend. Makes me remember to question everything I eat and really everything I consume. Always question the motivation. The food industry is quite possibly more guilty of harming the American public than the tobacco industry. Can’t wait for government to fix this problem. Have to do it on our own.
