Workout:

Started off with a beep test. Rowboat was the champ at Level 10.5. Somebody needs to dethrone that man (looking at you @flyguy). Then, broke into 2 groups of 4 for some rounds of Pick Your Poison. Many different exercises performed. Closed out with some burpees, boo yah merkins and Guantanamo.

Thought of the Day went along with what Rowboat shared on Wednesday about the armor of God. Specifically, the Shield of Faith “In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one.”
