We had 2 minutes to run 200 meters and complete an exercise. We managed 6 different exercises, took a short break, and rolled it for a 2nd round.
Total 2400 meters.
30 mountain climbers, 10 deep merkins on the coupons, 20 crunches, 10 coupon swings, 10 big boys, 10 thrusters.
COT:
We all have people that annoy/irk us with their ignorances, ineptness, laziness. Kids don’t put things away, they don’t perform up to our standards, maybe we don’t put the toilet seat down, push chairs in, etc. Instead of harping on the them, let’s try to be more accepting of other people’s faults. If we are accepting of others, maybe they will be more accepting of our own faults. Acceptance is a gift that gives back to you.
