Workout:

PAX line up at the bottom of the hill with a coupon.  We started with 5 reps of an exercise, then ran up and back down the hill.  Repeated this for two rounds. We added another exercise +5 reps, each round.

  • 5 reps – Squats
  • 10 reps – OH Press
  • 15 reps – Bent Rows
  • 20 reps – Merkins
  • 25 reps – Curls
  • 30 reps – LBC’s
  • 35 reps – SSH’s
  • 40 reps – Cherry Pickers

Tale of Two Wolves

An old Cherokee told his grandson,
“My son, there is a battle between two wolves inside us all.
One is Evil. It is anger, jealousy, greed, resentment, inferiority, lies & ego.
