COT:
Focused this one on our brother @McCracken. He originally signed up to Q this morning, but has since been hospitalized. Thankful that this was caught in time and we pray for a successful, upcoming surgery. @McCracken has been a regular at F3, with over 180 combined beatdowns, rucks and runs, this year. He has been leading the weekly runs, as well. Hoping for speedy recovery!
