Workout:

We torched our chest/shoulders first.
4 sets of each of the following (12/12/10/10) with 20s rest in between:

  • Press ups / mountain climbers
  • Push to side plank(r/l) / plank jacks
  • Archer merkins / star plank

Then, we torched abs with 25 of each:

  • Leg lifts
  • Reverse crunches
  • Bicycles
  • Crunches
  • Boat
  • Boat w/ hammers
  • Side crunches (r)
  • Side crunches (l)
  • V reaches
  • Extension to tucks

Finally, we went back up through those with sets of 10.
