Warm-up:

  • Mosey to 50 yard line
  • Neck rolls OYO
  • Chicken wing/ear to shoulder
  • Sun Salutations x3
  • Plank to runners pose, warrior one, warrior two, reverse warrior x 3 per side
  • 500 yard mosey to coupons

Workout:

  • On partner does exercise, while other partner runs (lunges to modify)
  • Runs are 100 yards, alternate, 70 yards, alternate, 40 Yards alternate
  • Exercises were as follows:
    • Curls
    • Bent over rows
    • Squats
    • Lawn mowers
    • Flutter kicks
    • LBCs
    • Tricep extensions
    • Forearm curls
    • Overhead press
    • Chest press
