- Mosey to 50 yard line
- Neck rolls OYO
- Chicken wing/ear to shoulder
- Sun Salutations x3
- Plank to runners pose, warrior one, warrior two, reverse warrior x 3 per side
- 500 yard mosey to coupons
Workout:
- On partner does exercise, while other partner runs (lunges to modify)
- Runs are 100 yards, alternate, 70 yards, alternate, 40 Yards alternate
- Exercises were as follows:
- Curls
- Bent over rows
- Squats
- Lawn mowers
- Flutter kicks
- LBCs
- Tricep extensions
- Forearm curls
- Overhead press
- Chest press
