Celebrating Feb as Black History Month.
I did 90 burpees and total of 450 total reps of exercises, I know many did more… but in the moment i doubt any of us were thinking of the total … we were focused on the 20 reps or pushing through the 10 burpees.
Small consistent steps will lead to huge results over time. Even the largest challenges or course corrections can be achieved / overcome by being consistent.
