Workout:
30 sector the group to find a partner that performs on equal level. Team with lowest difference wins, but person with highest gap to partner wins as well.
Biggest difference determines (kind off…) sprint distance between exercises:
3 x 90sec Squats
2 or 3 x 90sec Merkins
2 x 60sec Jumping lunges
2 x 90sec Big Boys
40 Bonus Big Boys
