A page from @Dash’s book. PAX lined up on the goal line. Performed an exercise to 80 reps. Every break in reps, run to 40 yd line, then back to goal line to resume exercise. Once 80 reps is completed, run 80 yards to opposite 20 yd line and back to goal line. Exercises completed:
