Warm-up:

Dynamics on the track followed by stretching

Workout:

PAX went down the line with each picking an escalating exercise, coupled with a Burpee, i.e. 1 burpee, 5 merkins, 2 burpees, 10 curls, 3 burpees, 15 squats, etc. up to 5 and 25.  Halfway through burpees were replaced by Lt. Dans.  After each set, PAX would run one flight of stadium steps.

6MOM:

A rousing round of Plank Holds for two minutes.
