Workout:

Normal warmup followed by running a few laps around the track and then performing the following:

  • 25 pull-ups (OYO)
  • 100 merkins (10 sets if 10 in cadence)
  • 300 squats (3 sets if 100 in cadence)

We finished by competing our two miles around the track.

COT:

my message for today is to live each day as if it were your last. I know it’s a little cliché, but I haven’t been able to stop thinking about Gabe and his family ever since I heard what happened. His brother dropped his daughter off at school and then went to work for the day just as he had thousands of times before. He was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. Life is so fragile and there’s no knowing which moment will be our last.
