Workout:

It’s Stairs, It’s Core, It’s Dora, it’s….StaCorA?
In Dora style, PAX paired up. One partner would climb the stadium stairs with rucksack, while the other performed a core exercise, trading off after each trip up and down the steps

COT:

Some folks have a definite point where Christ enters their life, or “speaks to them” in a given moment. Others are exposed to him from the beginning and may not be able to pinpoint that moment. That certainly doesn’t mean he hasn’t spoken to you. I used the example of speaking to our spouses and kids. Sometimes we can hear the lord, giving us a chance to approach those situations better. Use these opportunities at an invitation, rather than condemnation.
