Warm-up:

Arm Circles, Michael Phelps, Air Squats, Tappy-Taps, and Flamingos

Workout:

Pax moseyed & grabbed a coupon, placed it at the far goal line. We did a Motivator from 10 at midfield, then moseyed to the near goal line.

1st & 10 proceeded as follows: Run to the 10 yard line, Perform 1 Burpee, 10 Merkins, sprint the remaining 90 yards. Recover jog back to the 20. Perform 2 Burpees, 9 Merkins, sprint the remaining 80 yards, recover jog to the 30. Repeat until all 100 yards and 11’s have been completed. Perform 10 coupon overhead presses and 10 big boys at the goal line, repeating, until remaining PAX complete.

Because we were awesome and finished so quickly, we took the coupons back to midfield for 3 sets of: 15 Alpos, 15 coupon squats, 15 curls, and 15 dips on the coupons.
