- 5 hill runs with burpee at top and bottom
- 5 incline merkins
- 5 decline merkins
- 5 box jumps w/ burpees
- 10 60lb tosses (5 each arm)
- Pull up / wall push / dip station on parallel bars
- Boulder push x 10
- Repeat
Squid: Hill runs on 3rd round
Shugah: Completed 3 full rounds (w/ 0:30 of give up after vs. starting a 4th)
