Go big or go home! Don’t complete anything if it’s not quality work. Don’t invest in something only half-assed – especially if that something is worthy of your efforts. Kim(M) and I are eating healthy again, and committing to be more active as part of our new year’s resolution. We purged the house of all snacks and booze and other temptations that we know are just going to get in the way of trying to get our health on a better track. There is nothing wrong with any of those things, necessarily. We just don’t want to do this thing half-assed. Commit to your work week, home life, and fitness fellowship and faith, whole-heartedly.
