Workout:

10 rounds of 1) Swings, 2) Merkins, 3) Goblet Squat, 4) Burpee. Each round, we increase the number of reps by two for exercises 1 & 2 and increase by 1 rep for exercises 3 & 4. 30 seconds to complete each exercise. Warm up between sets in the first 2-3 rounds.

Prayers as we play our parts of an ambassador to Christ and what that truly means here on earth. It is a daily challenge as we filter thoughts and actions based on truth, not worldly perspective.
